『第九惑星 / Planet Nine』は、実況・配信・動画投稿を歓迎します。

事前の許可申請は不要です。事後の報告も要りません。各配信プラットフォームの公式収益化機能（広告・メンバーシップ・投げ銭など）を使った収益化も問題ありません。個人・法人を問いません。

ゲームプレイ中に通常再生されるBGM・効果音も、そのまま動画・配信に含めていただけます。ネタバレの扱いにも制限はありません。

Planet Nine welcomes streaming, Let's Plays, and video uploads.

You do not need to ask us for permission, and you do not need to tell us afterwards. Monetization through a platform's official features is fine — ads, memberships, tips. This applies to individuals and companies alike.

The music and sound effects that play during normal gameplay may stay in your video or stream, and there are no restrictions on spoilers.

Monetization through a platform's official features — ads, memberships, Super Chat, tips
Streaming from company accounts
Keeping the in-game music and sound effects in your recording (see below)
Coverage built from the assets in our press kit

音楽についてAbout the music

ゲームプレイ中に通常再生されるBGM・効果音は、そのまま動画・配信に含めていただけます。ミュートや差し替えの必要はありません。ゲスト作曲者6組の楽曲も、公募で選ばれた11名の楽曲も、この扱いは同じです。

一方で、楽曲そのものを主目的とする利用はご遠慮ください。具体的には次のような使い方です。

ゲーム内の楽曲・音声を単体で抽出して再配布する
作業用BGM動画、楽曲まとめ動画など、音楽鑑賞を主目的とする動画・配信に使う
『第九惑星』と無関係な動画の背景音楽として使う
リミックス・アレンジを商用で配布する

境目はシンプルです。プレイ映像に付随して鳴っているぶんは自由、音楽が主役になったら別途ご相談、と考えてください。

著作権の自動検出について
本作の収録楽曲について、提供者全員から「楽曲配信サービスやYouTube Content IDへの登録はない」との回答を得ています。とはいえ、プラットフォームの自動判定は第三者の誤登録などによって作動することがあり、申し立てが絶対に発生しないとまでは言い切れません。
もし警告が出た場合は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。権利者に確認のうえ、異議申し立てに必要な対応をいたします。

The music and sound effects that play during normal gameplay may stay in your video or stream. There is no need to mute or replace anything. This applies equally to our six guest composers' tracks and to the eleven open-call tracks.

What we ask you not to do is use the music as the content itself. Specifically:

Extracting the audio and redistributing it on its own
Using it in study-music mixes, soundtrack uploads, or anything where listening is the point
Using it as background music for videos unrelated to Planet Nine
Commercially distributing remixes or arrangements

The line is simple: if the music is playing because you are playing the game, you are fine. If the music is the main attraction, talk to us first.

About automated copyright claims
Every contributor has confirmed to us that their tracks are not registered with music distribution services or YouTube Content ID. Even so, automated systems can fire because of a third party's mistaken registration, so we cannot promise that a claim will never happen.
If you do get one, contact us through the form below. We will check with the rights holder and support your dispute.

ゲーム本体、実行ファイル、アセット（画像・音源・フォント等）の再配布や販売
改造版の配布、チートツールや不正ツールの配布
公式・開発元を名乗る行為、公認であるかのような表示
本作の素材そのものを主たる商品とするグッズ販売、NFT等での販売
ゲーム内楽曲の単体抽出・再配布、音楽鑑賞を主目的とする利用（音楽についてを参照）
差別・誹謗中傷・違法行為など、公序良俗に反する文脈での使用
本作の映像を用いた、内容を誤認させる広告表示
Redistributing or selling the game, its executable, or its assets (art, audio, fonts, and so on)
Distributing modified builds, cheats, or hacking tools
Presenting yourself as the developer, or implying official endorsement
Selling merchandise or NFTs whose main value is our assets themselves
Extracting the game's music for standalone or listening-focused use (see About the music)
Any use in a discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful context
Advertising that uses our footage to misrepresent what the game is
